“Maharashtra Building Construction Forest and Wood Workers Union” works under the guidelines of “Maharashtra Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board” According to section 18(1) of The Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, each state must establish a tripartite Board. Construction & other construction workers form the largest unorganized segment. With the objective of regulating the employment and conditions of service and to provide safety, health and welfare measures for the Construction & other construction workers, the Central government enacted legislation, namely “The Building & Other Construction Workers” (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Act, 1996. Further the state government under the said Act, had also passed “The Maharashtra Building & Other Construction Workers” (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Rules 2007.Under the said rule. The board is entrusted to ensure and provide safety, health and welfare measures to Building and Other Construction Workers through various schemes. The aim of MBOCWW Board is to improvise the quality of life and standard of living of the workers employed in Building and Other Constructions Works by improving the quality of their work and providing Social, Health, Education and Financial benefits under various Schemes and Programs.

Bamboo Research and Training Centre, is an autonomous organization formed by Maharashtra Forest Department established on 04.12.2014. Its vision is to create self-employment opportunities to local bamboo dependent communities, promotion of local talent in the field of Bamboo. Develop high yield bamboo species through research.

He is also member of All India Superstition Eradication Committee called as Akhil Bharatiya Andhashraddha Nirmulan Samiti formed in 1982 in the whole of Maharashtra including Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan etc. in concerned with this he organized and participates in an awareness campaign so that peoples can fight against open superstition and pimps in the name of religion, without attacking God & religion that makes human life bearable.
